My morning playlist

Here is my morning playlist – a small collection of beautiful hymns (with links to their lyrics) to set you up prayerfully for the day:

• Be Thou my vision
• New every morning is the love
• Awake, my soul, and with the sun

The last two hymns go back to my childhood. The first one, I learnt later in life. They are all special to me, each one evokes a particular memory, an earnest prayer, a profound hope. It’s an amazing way to start the day.
