I’d forgotten how fierce a February snowstorm could be.
Well, Amsterdam reminded me yesterday.
And there’s a great deal more where that came from. We’ve been ‘promised’ heaps more over the coming days. The great thing about this lockdown is that there’s pretty much no reason to go out, anyway. That said, not all creature comforts are available in a snowstorm – very few Amsterdam restaurants were taking orders for deliveries today. And who can blame them? Only the brave or foolhardy would venture out tonight.
