My writing apps, and how I use them
(1) Ulysses – Daily journaling.
(2) RoamResearch – Taking notes on things I’m reading, and outlining ideas. I’m a big fan of its bi-directional linking tools.
My reading list – February 2022
So far, only one book on the list, which is probably just as well, as I haven’t finished my January list.
The February book is perhaps an apt choice: Life Admin: How I learned to Do Less, Do Better, and Live More, by Elizabeth Emens. I think it’s fair to say that ’life admin’ is a big part of the reason I haven’t finished my January books. Curious to see how Emens has dealt with this issue. A few pages in, and I can identify with much that she says.
Stories from my walks – Amsterdam bike II
January reading – something new
As fully predicted, I’ve veered away from my reading list for the month. I’m now reading Bob Iger’s The Ride of a Lifetime. It’s a great book – interspersing his life story with lessons in business and management. I’m only around a tenth of the way in, and it’s eminently readable. Looking forward to the rest of it.
